Andrea moved to the United States from Palermo, Sicily in 1970 with his parents and five sisters. Andrea came to the States with the dream of one day opening his own Italian restaurant. After three years of hard work and dedication his dream became a reality and he opened his first restaurant in the Oyster Point area (Newport News), which he named Andrea's Italian Restaurant. The restaurant soon became a family favorite in the Hampton Roads Peninsula area. Shortly after opening this location, he met his lovely wife, Lori, were married and now have a son and daughter. In 1997, Andrea and his family decided to expand and relocate to their current location in York County. After all these years, Andrea and his family pride themselves in maintaining a restaurant with a family friendly atmosphere. |
